Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

ATI HAIR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product availability.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in your selected currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your region.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on the product and customization requested.

ATI HAIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ATI HAIR is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, ATI HAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on their country’s regulations.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

ATI HAIR does not offer refunds on wigs, bundles, or hair products.

We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• Lace must remain uncut
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging
• No alterations, coloring, styling, washing, or customization may have been made

ATI HAIR reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.

Custom Orders

All custom-made wigs and customized bundles are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

By purchasing a custom product, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the item is made specifically to their requested preferences.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase with ATI HAIR, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that they are the authorized cardholder.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made after receiving products will be investigated thoroughly.

ATI HAIR reserves the right to provide evidence to payment providers including:

• Proof of delivery
• Tracking confirmation
• Order confirmation
• Customer communication
• Billing and shipping information
• IP address verification

Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future purchases and possible legal action.

Product Disclaimer

Because our products are made from natural hair and custom materials, slight variations in color, texture, density, or length may occur.

ATI HAIR does not guarantee exact color matches due to screen settings, lighting, and natural product variations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, videos, product descriptions, and designs, belongs to ATI HAIR and may not be copied or used without written permission.
