At ATI HAIR, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on any wigs, bundles, or hair products.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The lace must remain uncut
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition
- The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Products that have been worn, styled, washed, brushed, colored, customized, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.
Custom Orders
All custom-made wigs and customized bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Custom orders are made specifically for each customer and are therefore considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
