At ATI HAIR, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products and ensuring every order is handled with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that ATI HAIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on any wigs or bundles.
We only offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order on our non costume orders bundles.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The lace must not be cut
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days after delivery
Any items that show signs of use, styling, washing, cutting, coloring, or alteration will not be accepted.
Custom Orders
All custom-made wigs and customized bundles are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders under any circumstances.
