Welcome to ATI HAIR. These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

ATI HAIR reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, obvious pricing or technical errors, or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or available on our website. Taxes and other applicable charges will be displayed where required during checkout.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

As many of our products are made from human hair, natural variations in colour, texture, density, wave pattern and appearance may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

These natural variations do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Ready-to-ship products and custom-made products may have different processing times. Any estimated processing or delivery times provided on our website are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have where an order is lost, damaged or delayed during delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible online purchases may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For products covered by a right of withdrawal, customers generally have 14 days from receiving their order to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Returned products must meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted products unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Custom-Made & Customized Products

Custom-made and customized products are made specifically according to the customer's individual choices, measurements or specifications.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Custom length

• Density

• Colour

• Texture

• Cap size or individual measurements

• Lace

• Hairline

• Style

• Construction

• Cut

• Other individual modifications requested by the customer

Custom-made and customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable where they are excluded from the applicable right of withdrawal.

Please carefully review all measurements, colours, lengths and customization options before submitting your order.

Once production or customization has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the specifications agreed when the order was placed.

Changes to Custom Orders

Requests to change a custom order after it has been placed are not guaranteed.

If you notice an error in your measurements, colour, length or other customization choices, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to make the requested change. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe that you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, clear photos or videos so that we can review the matter.

Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied products are separate from the right to return a product because you have changed your mind.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order or payment, we encourage you to contact ATI HAIR first so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, ATI HAIR may provide relevant information to the payment provider as part of the dispute process, including where appropriate:

• Order confirmation

• Payment information

• Shipping and tracking information

• Proof of delivery

• Relevant customer communication

• Information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction

Suspected fraudulent transactions or fraudulent payment disputes may be reported to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including ATI HAIR branding, logos, product photography, videos, graphics, product descriptions and original designs, belongs to ATI HAIR or is used with permission.

Such content may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
